Yes. Our products contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC produced from 100% hemp extract. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, signed into law in December 2018, cannabis products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight are legally classified as hemp and are federally legal in the United States. All Baked Bags products are manufactured, distributed, and sold in compliance with this federal framework.
