HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR EDIBLES TO KICK IN?

Edibles typically take 30–60 minutes to take effect after ingesting, though this varies by individual. If you are new to THC edibles, we strongly recommend starting with a half serving and waiting at least 90 minutes before considering more. Everyone's tolerance is different.

CAN YOU SHIP TO MY STATE?

Due to varying state hemp and THC laws, we are unable to ship to certain states. Please visit our Shipping page for a current list of states we cannot ship to. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to contact your state representatives to advocate for sensible hemp policy.

IS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED DISCREETLY?

Yes. Packages contain no external branding and no indication of the contents inside.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

We ship online orders via USPS Priority Express Mail (1–3 days) or UPS. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order. Every package includes a QR code linking to the product's certificate of analysis (COA).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. All domestic U.S. orders ship at a flat rate.

IS IT LEGAL TO SHIP HEMP-DERIVED THC THROUGH THE MAIL?

Yes. Under USPS regulations, hemp-derived products - including hemp-derived Delta-9 THC - can be legally shipped within the United States, provided the products meet federal hemp requirements (less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight). All Baked Bags products meet this standard.
