WHAT IS DELTA-9 THC?
Delta-9 THC is the cannabinoid most people are familiar with - the compound responsible for the effects associated with cannabis. Yes. Our products contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC produced from 100% hemp extract. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, signed into law in December 2018, cannabis products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight are legally classified as hemp and are federally legal in the United States. All Baked Bags products are manufactured, distributed, and sold in compliance with this federal framework.

HOW IS HEMP-DERIVED DELTA-9 THC PRODUCED?
Delta-9 THC occurs naturally in the hemp plant. Hemp-derived Delta-9 is extracted directly from legal hemp biomass while isomerization/chemical conversion is required for producing non-hemp-derived D9.
Hemp is federally legal in the U.S. if it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
